QPI and Intech Marine have successfully installed a trial of the Digital Wind System aboard
the USNS Apache. The system is designed for measuring and calculating wind speed and direction.
The trial began on March 5th and will run for 60 days. The Digital Wind System is next generation
technology that will replace the existing electromechanical legacy equipment on board most of today's
ships.

QPI and AGI partnering to finalize MORIAH Lite, compliant with IEC 60945. This will be a lower cost MORIAH Wind System with
virtually the same software and operating functionality. By utilizing commercial displays and a single processor, MORIAH Lite
will prove to be a good alternate to non-combatant ships.
QPI/AGI are currently working with NAVAIR to ensure the Moriah Lite System
will meet aviation certification requirements.

QPI/AGI Introduces the DDSP.
The Naval Ships Data Distribution System is designed to collect, process and prioritize a range of data for distribution on naval
ships. The system has a flexible modular architecture and can provide a cost effective solution for data distribution on various
platforms from patrol craft to frigate classes. The DDSP features a new parallel processing concept providing very low data
latency, which is independent of data traffic volume. In other words, the latency will not change, as the processor for each
output is dedicated. The parallel processing technique offers near zero data latency (<1 millisecond).

"We are very pleased to introduce the next generation in data processing.
We believe this will speed up the flow of communications, providing real time data for faster decision making and
easing the flow of operations on each ship......Steve Fortner, VP of Sales and Marketing for QPI"
